Kisskh APK respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our site, please notify our copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  • Contact information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our DMCA Agent:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Kisskh APK may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant who filed the infringement notice. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

Kisskh APK will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Modifications to Policy

Kisskh APK reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
